We care for elderly Christians in residential homes around the country. Our residents come from all denominations and, together with our senior staff, share the same basic Protestant beliefs.

Many of our residents have been pastors, evangelists or missionaries, but all have spent their lives serving Christ in different ways.

Their spiritual welfare is as important to us as their physical and emotional, and we carefully guard the Christian ethos of our homes. Founded in 1807, and always striving for the highest, the Society is an accredited Investor in People. Our Christian beliefs shape everything that we do, including the way we run our homes and care for our residents – and our staff.

We are looking for people whom God has called to care – to minister to our precious older brothers and sisters in Christ.

“And the King will will answer and say to them, 'Assuredly, I say to you, inasmuch as you did it to one of the least of these My brethren, you did it to Me.’”

Matthew 25:40 is as true now as it was when the Lord said it, and just as rewarding. Nothing gives us the same job satisfaction as working with the Lord's 'aged pilgrims'. We believe that God has put us here (Ephesians 2:10) - and perhaps He is calling you?
