Milward House is about half a mile from Tunbridge Wells' town centre. As well as residential care, it offers nursing care in a dedicated wing.

The home also includes a purpose-built block of seventeen flats, built on four floors, each having a small entrance hall, bed-sitting room, kitchenette and toilet.

Accommodation: 28 nursing/residential care places.

Sheltered housing: 16 flats and one double flat.
