With 200 years' experience in meeting the needs of elderly Christians, Pilgrim Homes probably understands them more than most. There is much valuable information available about the circumstances and conditions that affect the elderly, but it is factual, and for Christians, does not have a context. Pilgrim Homes puts its ministry and the information it supplies into the Christian context that makes it relevant to the family of God.

We are happy to share our knowledge and experience, and often take meetings and seminars in churches and at conferences. After our seminar at conferences earlier this year, 'Invisible Generation, or Hidden Treasure' we are still receiving requests for the seminar notes.

The seminar looked at the process of ageing, how believers should prepare for old age, the top needs of elderly Christians, the effects of dementia, what it is and what it isn't, how to cope in the family and the community, and the resources available.
