Evergreen is a one-day conference for Christians who care about and work with older people — in churches, ministries, chaplaincy, or the community.
Hosted by Pilgrims’ Friend Society, the day will offer biblical teaching, practical wisdom, and spiritual encouragement for this vital and growing ministry area.
First speakers announced:
Reverend Mark Wormell
Lecturer in Ministry with Seniors at Mary Andrews College, Sydney, and author of Coming to Christ in Dementia. Mark will explore faith and dementia, drawing on deep pastoral and practical experience.
Pippa Cramer MBE
Speaking on the church and older people, Pippa brings vast experience through her work with Daily Hope and Connections.
Alex Huggins
CEO of Faith in Later Life, Alex will speak on sharing the gospel with older people, equipping Christians for the opportunities and challenges of later life.
