John has worked at Emmaus House since he was 16, starting in the kitchen. More recently John moved on to the cooking side as well as being a kitchen assistant and became a Hummingbird. John took over the role of Administrator in June 2026 and is enjoying this new role. John finds it rewarding spending time with everyone who is cared for at Emmaus House and making a positive impact.
John enjoys baking, gardening, going on cruises, and is interested in the Royal Family and history. He is also involved in various church activities.
