Sarah's experiences within the education and financial sectors, in positions such as business manager, project manager, operational administrator, and training and competency manager, have given her a deep understanding of valuing and investing in people but guided by godly principles. Having devoted the past seven years to caring for her parents before their recent passing due to dementia, she views it as an honour to utilise her skills to support and develop the team while contributing to the growth of the business at Middlefields House.
She is a wife and a mother of two adult children.
