Lucy Wilton brings many years of management experience specialising in end of life care. Throughout her career, Lucy has had the privilege of leading teams to deliver compassionate, person-centred support. She is passionate about developing people, building strong collaborative relationships, and maintaining high standards of care.
Outside of work, Lucy enjoys spending time with family and friends, exploring new places, and taking opportunities to learn something new. She also loves spending time with her pug, Betty, who certainly keeps life entertaining!
Faith is an important part of Lucy’s life, and she is an active member of her local church. She serves on the Parish Church Council (PCC), where she supports the life and mission of the church. It is a role she finds both rewarding and fulfilling.
